From artwork to a repeatable kit
A digital mock-up is only the beginning of a sportswear order. The garment still has to resolve fabric weight, stretch, ventilation, panel shape, collar and cuff construction, seam placement and the way graphics meet across the finished piece. We develop those decisions around the intended sport and the buyer’s sizing rather than forcing the artwork onto a standard blank.
The physical sample is where colour, fit and construction can be judged together. Sponsor marks, stripes, gradients and club details are checked at real scale, while measurements and movement are assessed on the garment itself. Once approved, the same pattern, artwork files, material reference and finishing instructions become the working standard for production.

What gets confirmed before production
Artwork, garment construction and order details are handled as one specification. The panel files must match the cutting pattern; the fabric must support the intended fit and decoration; and the physical sample must show that the finished kit still carries the visual identity agreed on screen.
Buyer feedback is applied before bulk printing and cutting. After approval, checks can be made against the same colour references, measurements, stitching details, labels and set requirements during production, with final quantities and packing reviewed before dispatch.
