Trust is built on unglamorous things.

To our partners and buyers,

We have been building medieval, LARP and heroic gear in Chawinda since 2015 — most of it for brands in Europe who send us their drawings and expect them back exactly as drawn.

In this trade, trust is built on unglamorous things: a sample that matches the specification, a shipment that leaves when we said it would, and an honest answer when something has to be remade. We hold to those before we talk about craftsmanship.

Everything we make leaves this workshop by hand — cut, stitched, riveted and checked by people I work beside every day. Send us your specification and it will be built by them, and I will stand behind it.

Two people, one shared craft and a relationship that grew from international business into a lasting family partnership.

Joseph Masih CEO · Prince Textile.pk Kai Schulz CEO · Freyhand GmbH

Joseph Masih and Kai Schulz first met in 2006 through a shared passion for historical medieval craftsmanship and international business. What began as a professional relationship developed into a friendship built on trust, honesty, loyalty and mutual respect.

After nearly a decade of working together, they established Prince Textile.pk on 1 January 2015 in Chawinda, Sialkot, Pakistan. Their goal was to build a world-class manufacturing company specialising in historical medieval, LARP, leather, heroic and custom-made products. Prince Textile.pk subsequently became the exclusive manufacturing partner of Freyhand GmbH in Germany.

As global demand grew, the partnership expanded its manufacturing capabilities and later established Freyhand Pakistan—adding dedicated capacity while protecting the craftsmanship and quality associated with both companies. Other international brands joined Prince Textile for selected projects, but the long-term focus remained the relationship between Freyhand GmbH and Prince Textile.pk.

Today, Joseph and Kai celebrate twenty years of friendship and international partnership. What they built now reaches beyond business: a family relationship, a shared responsibility and a common ambition to create new opportunities while representing Made in Pakistan on the global stage.

Common sourcing questions 09 answers

Does Prince Textile manufacture custom and OEM products?

Yes. Prince Textile develops made-to-spec products from drawings, tech packs, reference samples or approved concepts. Feasibility, materials and the sampling route are confirmed after reviewing the intended use and construction.

Which product categories can you manufacture?

Our specialist workshops cover medieval armour, padded LARP weapons, costumes, leather goods, sportswear, camps and equipment, plus custom OEM projects. The available construction and material options depend on the individual brief.

What should I send to request a quotation?

Send product images or drawings, dimensions, preferred materials, target quantity, intended use, branding requirements, delivery country and target timeline. If the specification is incomplete, send what you have and we can identify the missing decisions.

Can you produce a pre-production sample?

Yes. Custom projects normally move through a prototype or pre-production sample before bulk manufacturing. Sample cost and timing depend on the product, materials, tooling and number of revisions required.

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no single MOQ for every workshop. The practical minimum depends on the product, custom material requirements, patterns or tooling, printing and packaging. An exact quantity is confirmed after the specification has been reviewed.

How do you inspect textile, leather, metal and foam products?

Inspection is adapted to the material and approved sample. Checks can cover measurements, stitching, print alignment, leather finishing, hardware, metal assembly, padded areas, surface finish, quantity and export packing before shipment.

Can one collection use several Prince Textile workshops?

Yes, where the project is technically suitable. A coordinated collection can combine metalwork, leather components, garments, foam props or accessories while following one approved visual and production specification.

Do you provide private-label branding and packaging?

Private-label options can include labels, embroidery, printing, product marking, hangtags, barcodes and custom packing, depending on the product. Buyers should provide approved artwork and any destination-market labelling requirements.

Do you ship internationally, and how are lead times confirmed?

Prince Textile supports export orders from Chawinda, Sialkot. Production timing is confirmed after sample approval, material availability and quantity review; packing and shipping options are then planned around the product and destination.
