Our Work Process
Pattern Making
The sizes and designs needed are taken into consideration when creating patterns. Each product has a unique pattern that was carefully and precisely planned.
Pre-Production Sample
Before initiating bulk production, we obtain your approval by sending a sample for your evaluation. Once approved, we proceed to the next step.
Sourcing Materials, Fabrics
We source fabric from trusted suppliers and store it on racks in our fabric store. Prior to transferring it to the cutting department, thorough inspection is conducted.
Cutting/printing process
After sourcing, the fabric is cut into pieces based on the patterns. Subsequently, printing or embroidery is applied to these pieces according to our clients' specifications.
Pre-Production Sample
The cut panels are skillfully sewn, giving life to the design. Rigorous inspections guarantee exceptional quality standards, solidifying our position as a premier sportswear and activewear maker
Packing & Shipping
After that, all items get pressed, tags are installed, and packed in poly bags. Finally, all items get packed in cartons and shipped using reliable delivery services.
